RETURNS

• the product must be in its original condition
• the proof of purchase must be included in the package
• the return must be made within 10 working days from the day you received it; contact us by email at info@oceaneyes.gr justifying the reason for the return
• the shipment for the return of the parcel is made exclusively through Acs at your own expense; in case of a defective product the return costs are borne by us; in case you do not want another product we return your money by bank deposit to an account that you will indicate to us within 10 days.

PRODUCT CHANGE

• change is made within 10 days of receipt
• contact us by email at info@oceaneyes.gr or by contacting 21 1013 9204 justifying the reason for change; with the delivery-receipt process we send you without any charge (absolutely no charge) for the first change) the new product and you will give the courier the product you want to replace
